Dreams Netball Fit

Hi Everyone
Dreams Netball Club are running pre season netball fit sessions on Thursdays from 7-9 pm at the sports centre.
Please tell your members and if you would like to come along do so this week and meet at the bottom of the steps to the netball courts.
The cost of this is just £2.00 per session.
Lets get fit for the new season and the BEEP Test..
